UPDATE
FEBRUARY 2023

Dear all,

As most of you will already be aware, at the January Choir Committee Meeting (our first since January 2020!) we agreed to have another appeal at all Sunday Masses for new members. This, with Father Deo's agreement, will take place on Sunday 29 January. It will be made by various Choir members, with their own personal thoughts, rather than me!!

Many thanks to Suzanne (18:15 Vigil Mass), Richard (08:30), Molly (10:00), Jeannette (11:30) and Mary C. (17:00) for agreeing to spearhead this initiative from the ambo. Perhaps you'd support this by being available with the relevant appeal-giver after Mass in the porch to encourage potential new recruits.

The same meeting brought about some more suggestions for Christmas 2023 - if you'd like to suggest anything, then I remind you to let me know before Easter so I am able to add it to the pot for consideration. Don't feel inhibited; someone has already suggested I'm dreaming of a white Christmas!! Only 'suggested', mind!!!

PLEASE NOTE: There WILL be a practice on Tuesday 11 April (immediately after Easter). There WILL NOT be a practice on Tuesday 18 April.

Diary Date 1: The date of the 2023 Choir Outing is Saturday 17 June - the venue is under discussion, and will be announced soon.

Diary Date 2: The 2023 Parish Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday 14 June at 19:00.

Love, Tony x
