Dear all,
We've been delighted to welcome Becky, Elizabeth and Rose following the appeal for new members. Sadly, Becky has decided it is not to be for her.
2023 Choir Outing date is now confirmed as Sunday 9 July; please note the revised date - the venue etc. will be announced soon.
Please also make a note of the immediate post-Easter Choir Practice dates from the Dates List below, which vary from previous years.
Sing for the King - a recording of the music that was given out yesterday (7 March) that we will have a first look at next week, and hope to sing on our first Sunday of May Mass.
Love, Tony x
Choir Dates List 2023 The latest Dates List, dated 22 February, is to be found here. Please note the immediate post-Easter practice schedule. As always, the latest update of the Dates List will always be found on the Choir's Website here.
Forthcoming Poly Masses
Herewith the anticipated Music
List for the Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Vigil - printed
copies will hopefully be available for all on Tuesday 14 March. A quick
overview
here.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE would you not volunteer for other
duties during these Masses. Having Readers and Eucharistic Ministers
departing and arriving during Mass is hugely disruptive and
distracting. Thank you!
Forthcoming Plainchant Masses The anticipated Music Lists for 19 March and 16 April Masses. 2 April is Palm Sunday for Hymn and Plainchant Choirs.
Forthcoming Hymn Choir Masses Forthcoming dates are 26 March and 23 April. 2 April is Palm Sunday for Hymn and Plainchant Choirs. All are welcome to come up and sing! All the Hymn Choir dates for 2023 may be found HERE.
